May 27.2025 Belknap Hot Springs Resort, Oregon

 80 degrees and sunny.

We finished up at Oregon Motor Coach and headed into the hills to Belknap Hot springs. Here is the bus in our campsite.  The hot pool for the guests staying here only.

This building used to be the electric power plant for the resort. There is a water wheel in the bottom part.

Purple iris and fountain in the Asian garden, forget me nots, bugle herb, columbines, rhododendron. Yellow iris and a fountain in the Asian garden. 

I finished this basket. It is made from dyed and natural pine needles, polyester thread, glass beads. The center is a test piece of glass I fused, supposed to be trees with sun rays behind, but they look a little like cactus. It is 9 x 10 1/2 x 2 inches.

May 23-26 , 2025 Eugene, Oregon

 79 and partly sunny.

We took the bus to downtown Eugene, to Kesey Square to watch some friends of ours playing music. We walked around downtown. John getting ready to change into his super hero costume, Ken Kesey reading to children statue in Kesey square, Voodoo donuts, and some art in Kesey square.

Leslie, John and I hung out in the sun in the afternoon in the back yard. In the evening we listened to some more friends playing music. 

Sunset. Star Wars day  at Costco. 

79 degrees. Cloudy in the am, but lovely sunny in the afternoon. We washed the bus and John the truck. I lounged in the lawn chair, John set up to smoke a pork roast tomorrow. Very relaxing day. A  nice BBQ at Leslie and Scotts house today.
