We attended the first annual Tecopa Music Festival in Tecopa, CA. It was held at the Tecopa Hot Springs resort and had music all day for 3 days. And many artists had booths in the fair. It was HOT and sunny. The music was wonderful, the food was great. I might admit to dancing. . .
On the way there we saw a drummer in the middle of the desert, later saw him preform in a band. The booths at the festival, the soundman, stage and bistro and John enjoying the festival
Trying out the Isis wings. A woman sells them and teaches wing therapy classes-kind of a dance exercise class. George and John enjoying the BBQ from Moody’s Taste of Louisiana. Moody was also the headliner Sat night- R and B music.
Wild dancing to the World Groove band. The Westside Crew and a couple of wild dancers
Daisy with the pink wings, Shelly with her balloon hat from the balloon booth. She took a break from nonstop waiting tables at the bistro Pastels that is at the resort. Daisy and Amy are wrapped up in the pink wings. Amy owns the Tecopa Hot springs resort, where the festival took place. Below is more wild dancing and the last photo is a Shoshone circle friendship dance. A fun time was had by all.
