It rained all night last night. It sounded really nice. We slept like babies. It was foggy in am, and then it burnt off and was a beautiful day.
Decided to boat on the canoe trails. Here is the canoe launch and one of the picnic pavilions.

There are 4 backpack campsites on the edge of Lake Lafleur here in the photo, buzzards sitting above us as we paddled by.
Migrating songbirds. The first part of the next masterpiece. I found this metallic thread I want to use in some of it.
Shopping in Abbeville (the most Cajon place on earth) at the Richard’s custom meats for boudin and tasso I found Hog Lard is only $4 a gallon, at Winn Dixie Mardi Gras King cake- it has a small plastic baby in it and the guest that gets the baby has to throw next years party, and Mr Porker Barbecued pork skins. Yes we are in the south!
