It rained all night. It was still raining when we headed out for a hike. We hiked Lover’s Lane. It was 6 miles round trip from the campground to Sul Duc Falls. John in his rain gear in the old growth forest.

Moss was on everything. As John says, even the dead stuff is green. John took this of me in meadow of head high yellowed ferns.

Lots of mushrooms, these first ones look like lips, multi colored ferns, a white warty mushroom, a HUGE growth all around a tree trunk, tiny orange mushrooms, a chocolate looking tree ear, water on a leaf, and a white fungus.

We both got 90 minute massages on Thursday and then soaked. A lazy, relaxing day.
