We are wrapping up our last days in Fort Collins. It is a really pretty time of year here. We are leaving to go back to Atlanta to pick up the bus on the 15th. I am still not finished packing.
Diversion dam on the Poudre. I can finally breath well enough here at altitude to ride my mountain bike on a dirt trail by the river. Dinner with Bill and Karen at 415. It was good to see them.
Beautiful clouds at sunset
finished pieces for the show. Hoppers, recycled jewelry
Light waves. My brother Jerry came up to visit us for a night before we left.
Jerry, the next photo is Katy, Jim and Wes. We had dinner in Boulder at the Sherpa’s Adventure-really good food and great to visit with them.
I spent the night at Katy’s. In the morning the light was coming thru the window I made for her front door. My jewels set up at the show.
Light waves and recycled jewels set out for the judging at the show. Hoppers above next to Gary Wilkenson’s kaleidoscope at the show. I won’t be around to see the final set up or see who wins. I will have to call and see how it all comes out.
Finally after breaking off a crown two years ago I am getting my crown on my implant!! The Poudre river
Great Blue Heron on the Poudre, and another Poudre shot.
Almost 6 years ago on our first date John brought me roses from this rose bush in his yard.
Smoke from the fire at Hewitt Gulch outside Fort Collins in the sunset. These two glass pieces, called Aspens, are the first project of a student in the Westminster Rec center stained glass class. They are made from glass I donated to the class.
