March 6-10, 2020 Shoshone, California

81 and sunny today.

Desert tortoise gorging itself. He just woke up from hibernation. Sunset tonight.

Big moon rising tonight. Sunset tonight.

Space ship looking cloud. Giant bird cloud.

Big moon over beautiful, historic downtown Shoshone.  In the new last hour of daylight with daylight savings time I walked up a canyon behind the house.

View of Tecopa Peak over some badlands. The almost full moon rising.

I found this scary moon eating cliff in the canyon. Sunset tonight.

Labrador lassoing the  moon.  Heart shaped rocks found in the canyon, a hole in the rock and a handheld photo of the moon.

I finished this little basket today. It is 6 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. The center is a piece of glass I fused, the beads are glass that I bought. The needles are natural and dyed pine needles.  It was cloudy and I thought there would be no sunset, and there was this brief flash. It was too cloudy to see the full worm super moon rise.

I finished this basket a bit ago, but I don't think I have posted photos. the center is a piece of glass I  beveled and polished. I bought the glass beads. The pine needles are natural and dyed. It is 11 x 10 x 2 inches. This is the current masterpiece in progress. I made the 4 x 4 glass tile in the center. It has beveled polished edges.
