 Hot again.

After boating Katy, Katie and I went to Loveland to visit the Benson sculpture garden. Here are Katy and I at the entrance with cats. Neither of us had been here before. Some of the sculptures. Eagle dancer, Melody, and one of the cats from the entrance.

More sculptures from Benson Sculpture garden. Otter, lion in hibiscus, sculpture on the lake, Harvest, dancer with a tiny body and huge legs, gardener, Katy with her favorite sculpture, and wind blown. Woman, Jazz band, and a scary guy with a whip.

Benson sculpture garden, pears and mountains,  line of ravens and Katie and Katy behind a buffalo. Big wish, Frog with a heart, and abstract piece.

2 peas in a pod, king fishers, River. A ram, who looks like he should be in Alice and wonderland, pod and children running in a circle.

Katie sitting on bench, barn owl and keepers of the bell. Katie and I sitting in on Waiting, the men's and woman's signs from the bathroom.

Sunset over the lake at Benson Sculpture Garden. The next day was also in the 90's. I waited till late and it got down into the low 80's to go biking. This is part of the bike path by the river back lit. There are some young ladies sunbathing by the river.

The smoke from the fires rolled back in today. A photo of the smoke over McMurry pond and smoke before sunset from our deck.

Canadian geese and a hang glider flying over head. A weird sunset cloud.

Sunset over the feed store and another weird cloud.

The Cameron fire blew up this afternoon and all this smoke blew into town. This photo is at 3 pm, the sun was red. Looking south you can see blue sky. Ash was falling from the sky too.

The actual sunset was pretty spooky, it was smoky and dark and the horizon was fire red. I harvested most of the basil and the red tomatoes. It is supposed to freeze on Monday. After being 99 degrees today and tomorrow. I made pesto out of the basil.
