September 25-28, 2020 Fort Collins, Colorado

 Low 80's.

Last week John's smoker died, so he got this new fangled programable pellet smoker smoker. There was some assembly required. I was dying pine needles. These are 6 different batches of the same emerald rit dye.

Fall colors on the bike path.

More fall colors and pre sunset on my ride.

Some deer and sunflowers and more pre sunset.

Not sure if these are the red dye or the  wine dye from last year. It was unlabeled. This hibiscus is blooming now in our yard..

It is really smoky today. The tall building is only a few blocks away and our house in the smoky air. It smells too strongly of smoke and burns your eyes.

Smoky sunset tonight.

Homemade pizza for dinner. Yum yum. Still dying needles. Red wine  on top of camel-which came out olive green.

I am working on a new masterpiece of a desert canyon. So far it is not coming together. It was in the 30's last night and the 60's today. The fire is still burning. A smoky sunset tonight.
Today is John's birthday. Here he is with his birthday dinner of beef stroganoff and roasted broccoli, in his birthday bathrobe.
