October 2-4, 2021 Fort Collins, Colorado

 Low 70's, sunny and gorgeous.

My brother and I drove to Denver today. There were 2 accidents, so the drive was very slow. At one point this semi was right next to us full of mooing cows. We opened the window and mooed at them. It was pretty funny, but I guess you had to be there.

Casa Bonita, a famous Denver landmark. We went to Denver to go to the celebration of life for our friend J at the Lakewood Arts Gallery. Pictured on the left is her sister Pat, who looks almost like her and sounds just like her. It was a lovely service and it was good to visit with friends and family.

Sunset tonight in Denver. We are here a bit longer and my glass for the two shows is boxed in the right peoples hands to get to the shows , so I made some more puddles and medium barrettes.

Fall colored cottonwoods along the  bike path. I love this bridge on the bike path and the colors were exceptional along this section.

I hung out in the sun in a lawn chair at John and Mandy's trying to finish this basket that I started years ago. I made good progress one and a half rows more. Late afternoon light in the cottonwood trees.

John and John worked on the wiring on the back hatch of their Volvo. Afternoon light in the cottonwoods.

Mandy cooked us this yummy steak dinner with roasted potatoes and fresh from the garden cucumber and tomato salad.  Always fun to see them. Sunset from Laporte tonight.

Fall colors on the bike path tonight.

Fall colors on the bike path.

More fall colors on the bike path.

Colors and single track. Cows reflected.

Same cows reflected again.
