One day after my celebration of my 60 th yr. on This Planet, I found myself wandering around in the Redwoods. I took hundreds of pictures but even with panoramic it was a wast of time I have maybe two shots that come close to depicting 1/10,000 of the forests.
After wandering around for 4-5 hours I found myself at peace with my change of decade. It was humbling to walk among beings who were up to 3000 years old. I also felt more relaxed and loose than ever........... Or maybe it was the yoga you had to perform to appreciate the grandeur of the "Grove". Still there was a small distance voice in the recesses of my mind wondering where I could get a chain saw. I guess that's why there's less than 10% of the the Redwood forests are left. But have faith with gental care and protection for the next 3000 years they'll do just fine.
