Well we've been camped at the Sunset campground at Furnace Creek for a week now and have had some great hikes. 
Sue has taken the last two days to design and sew togther a pillow case that shows us "Living in a van down by the river" Pretty nice too.
I went out and played 9 holes at 214' below sea level and shot a score that was still less than my age. The high point was watching a coyote pick off a duck on the wing. Just like a dog catching a frisbee, only with feathers. 
However the sweet's thing I have found down here is a full rack of New Belgium brews on tap!!!!
By the rule book will only be able to stay at this site for another 7 days but I don't know how they track that. I'm reluctant to get to far from this taste of home.
