We drove the scenic highway 79 south from Hannibal. It rained most of the day. We stopped in Louisiana, Missouri on the way. We toured the towns historic streets and saw their murals depicting the history of the city.

Then we went outside Louisiana to the St Louis Univ Lay center for art and education to see their sculpture garden. It was about an hour walk in lovely fall colors , rain, lakes and incredible sculptures.

The bus at Cuivre River state park. The park was beautiful with fall foliage. We spent the night there and in the morning John discovered that the radiator was a couple gallons low, so he filled it with water and we drove into town to the shop. Of course it needs work. We are now parked behind the shop with no radiator and it will go to the radiator place and we will be here till it is back and installed.
