It was a rainy windy day. We took in the Everglades Alligator farm

Alligator crossing!, We took an airboat ride into the Everglades. Probably was outside the park, I am sure they don’t allow these boats in the park.

The guide took our photo in the boat. All the rest of the people were French.  No swimming, gaters.

The ‘river of grass’-the Everglades, the guide was doing 360’s and got the boat stuck on dry land. The men had to push to get it back in the water. They all got wet.  The guide called it the Everglades pedicure. The French man to John’s right  did not like it and started throwing mud at the guide. The man on the far end split his pants down the seat while pushing. Other than the one French guy everyone else thought it was an adventure.

Alligator wrestling. Look ma, no hands!, Since John helped push we got a second ride ion the airboat.  They were real short rides, mostly the guides doing tricks. The second guide kept the boat in the water though.

Baby gators destined to become wallets and boots. This is a commercial alligator farm. They had pens of many other sizes too. They had a big pond with huge alligators in that we watched them feed. They had dead rats that they made the alligators jump for. On the way home we stopped at the Gator grill and John had some alligator bites. I had a burger.
