October 5, 2022, Wolford, Kremmling and Hot Sulfur, Colorado

High 60's, sunny and now wind. The lake is glass smooth.

We woke up to fog on the lake. My favorite time, when the water is smooth like glass.

Reflection of fall cottonwoods on the lake. Another one with waves from my boat.

The water was so clear you could see plants on the bottom in places. A nice lady fishing from her kayak took my photo with nice reflections.

John waving at me from shore from our campsite.  We drove through Kremmling. Western Bob's Motel, cows at the local ice cream place, and one of three sculptures in front of the hair salon.

The two sculptures in front of the hair salon and welcome hunters. The colors were beautiful along the Colorado River.

This is the magnesium pool at Hot Sulfur Hot Springs. John standing in the waterfall in one of the pools at Hot Sulfur Hot Springs.

The Dean Public House in Hot Sulfur, built in 1872. Is a fancy restaurant, but it is closed today. We went to the West Dean in Kremmling on the way back. Beautiful canyon walls in Byers Canyon outside Hot Sulfur.

We tasted beer and had dinner at the Dean West Restaurant and Brewstillery. They were changing out their still and did not have many spirits to taste. John with his IPA at The Dean West Brewstillery. I had a coffee stout.

The park is open all year. In the winter they ice fish on the lake.
Cool formations on the way back to camp.
