Sept 5 2011 Fort Peck ,Montana

Fort Peck dam is a huge earth dam built in 1935 on the Missouri river.  Part of the  depression jobs for the unemployed . It has a huge lake that is a great place for people with motorboats and like to fish. It was really hot here too. We camped at the Corps of Engineers site. It was for the workers to camp in during the construction. The Corp sites are very nice, hookups, cheap and half price for seniors. We went to a cool dinosaur museum and the spill way is cool-giant hole at the bottom.
