Red Rock Canyon as we left Las Vegas. We had dinner with Judy and James. Here we are having happy hour before dinner.

It is going to be too hot this week! Time to head north. Signs for alien's near area 51. We fueled up on $3.39 diesel and two gorillas, enjoying a hot dog in Goldfield.

I finished this basket. It is made from dyed pine needles, polyester thread, clay beads from Chile and the center is a piece of slate sandblasted and they painted with petroglyphs. It is 7 1/4 x 6 1/4 x 3 inches. We had dinner outside at the RV park behind the old assay office.
