Bus at Myrtle Beach state park. Sand castle on the beach.
The pier and high-rises north of the park. Birds in the surf.
My nephew Tony came to dinner at our place. Tony and I- he is so tall I have to really reach to put my arm around him. He took us sight seeing at Murrell Inlet. He is going to college at Coastal College of South Carolina and is on his last year of a double major of business and marketing. He already has a job offer from Marriot where he is working part time while he is in school.
Murrell Inlet from the pier. Bright colored high rises , little fog in the distance on our walk on the beach today.
sunset on the sea oats, sunset on the waves south from the pier.
Waves from above. John photographing the sunset from the pier.
Waves north from the pier, and Sue on the pier with wild hair. Our mail did not arrive yet to general delivery in Myrtle beach, so we had to stay another day.
John washed the bus, I washed the windows, then spent the rest of the afternoon in my lounge chair on the beach. A red vine growing up a tree in the campground. We met Tony for dinner at Logan’s roadhouse for steak dinners. He was going to cook us dinner, but he had too much homework, so we went out. It was nice to see him again.
You know you are in the south when the politicians are named Bubba.
