After the lovely vineyards we moved to Oroville to the the River Oaks commercial RV park. Nice park on the banks of the Similkameen river. The Similkameen’s were Indians who lived in the area.
The trail started right by the RV park and went up the river, an old railroad grade. The river from the old railroad bridge.
A mansion built on the cliff across the river. The Enloe dam. The falls right below the falls off the dam are called Coyote falls, listed as a class V rapid.
Living in a van down by the river at River Oaks.
Down by the river.
John prepared whipped cauliflower and reheated lasagna garnished with pesto sauce for dinner, accompanied by Esther Bricques Cabernet Franc, served by the river.
