Tonight was First Saturday Art Walk in Seaside Oregon. So Sue and I wandered around and hit 6 or 7 places had 5 or 6 glasses of wine, ate all kinds of breads, cookies, cheese cake, shrimp, sandwiches, and nuts. We decided that we needed some desert that would capture the culinary essence of Seaside. We looked high and low. We found ice cream, chocolates, every kind of candy, pop corn, saltwater taffy you could ever think of. But none of them felt right. We were about to give up and go home when out of the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of this. How in could I pass up BACON not only BACON but CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON.....Mmmmmmmm BAACON!!!!!!! So I didn't.
