Usually when people ask where we live we say in our motor home. They say yes, but where is your house? I say we don’t live in our houses we rent them. Then they say where is your house. Colorado. That satisfies them. Here in Quartzsite when they ask where we live we say the motorhome they smile and don’t say anything or they so say so do we. Hundreds of thousands of motorhomes, trailers, 5th wheels, vans, campers etc come down here for the winter. It is supposed to be the largest gathering of RV;’s in the world. It only costs $180 to stay from Sept to April, or where we are it is free for two weeks. There are tons of other BLM spots in Arizona where it is just free.
Sunrise. We went into town and I shopped at the many of the 100’s of booths in vacant lots-in the winter Quartzsite is a giant temporary market and John went to the Adult Day Care-another temporary establishment.
Back at the bus, we watched sunset in our spacious yard.
And then sunset.
