91.3 today, sunny and a bit of wind.
Judy had a painting session with the neighbor boys Ruud and Torren. She painted this picture for them. We had a Primrose Posse Patio Potluck tonight. Judy wearing her birthday crown. We are still celebrating her birthday.

Judy and Toni working on their masterpieces. Both have take a previous class so were working on baskets they started in the last class. Crystal with her beautiful basket. People took home more supplies to finish them at home. These are example baskets I made for the class.
Torren all excited - "I have string, pine needles and a rubber band, I can make art!" Some art I made out of much the same stuff. At 6 1/2 x 7 inches it is almost done. It has a pottery base, made from dyed and natural pine needles and polyester thread.
Another view of the masterpiece. Judy treated us to take out dinner from the Crowbar. Judy, Judy D, Linda and John had just got back from a long nice sounding hike to Paddy's Pride mine. I languished at home. It is too hot for me and they leave before I am out of bed.
Sunset tonight. Sunset the next night was a little fishy. .
Some excitement this morning, a semi carrying cars caught on fire on the highway just east of Shoshone. We could see it from town. No one was injured and the driver was able to pull the tractor off and save it. The highway was closed. I, of course had an appointment in Pahrump to get my hair cut and had to drive the long way around through Death Valley Junction. Eagle Mountain on the way to Death Valley Junction.
