69 and partly sunny.
Spent the day working on my current masterpiece in my lawn chair and soaking in the hot springs. This dove was ever hopeful that I would drop some food. The clouds were almost gone by sunset, but had this nice view right before sunset. Over the weekend there were about 5-6 young families with numerous small children camped right around us. We have been camping in out of the way uncrowded places with large campsites, where it was dark and quiet for months. We got reintroduced to campgrounds on weekends, lots of people having fun, but not quiet and dark.
Another day of lawn chair and soaking and working on the basket. It is coming along pretty well. It was sunny and 68. The families left and it was blessedly quiet and dark again. No clouds, just a few jet trails. It looks like this ocotillo is spitting pink fire.
71 and sunny. We are staying at the Oasis Inn and RV park. Very nice clean, quiet park. Here is our campsite.
