February 26- March 5 2025 Shoshone, California

Temperature 81 and sunny. Much cooler in Shoshone.

Finished another masterpiece. It is made from dyed pine needles, polyester thread, gem stone chip beads, and the center is a piece of selenite that I shaped, sandblasted and painted. It is 5 1/2  x  6 1/2 x 2 inches.  John is working on a bridge for the blue trail. It is a masterpiece.

The bridge in progress. Here is a photo of last year of John helping Judy cross the river here. The river channel is very deep here with steep slick sides. And the river is just wide enough that you get your feet wet crossing it. The bridge will be wonderful.

And some more pendants I wire wrapped. We scored two large free chests of drawers for Judy's new house. Here is the delivery.

One set of drawers. Our friend who helped deliver them and Judy.

John is done with phase one of  three on his new bridge on the blue trail. It looks fabulous and is a HUGE improvement. I am still working on my astrophotography. Not sure if these are meteors, satellites  or the space station.

Stars and possibly the milky way.

A couple of sunsets, two different days.

Robbie came by with the dogs, during happy hour, for dog biscuits. Sunset on a real smokey day. Not sure where the smoke came from, but it was gone in the morning.

Learned  new types of wire wraps. I have been helping my sister move. This mattress came in that  box, it was very compressed.

We had to try the mattress. It is wonderful. Sunset last night.

Dark clouds at sunset last night, but they didn't rain on us. City park in Shoshone. The trees are palo verde. Their bark is green, so in times of drought they can drop their leaves and still photosynthesize.

Helping my sister move. We took the table and two chairs on the dolly and pulled it a couple houses away to her new house.
