October 14-15, 2025 Horse Tooth Reservoir to Lake Pueblo State Park, Pueblo, Colorado

 69, mostly sunny.

The campground is in Stout, population 47 1/2. We drove to Masonville to mail our ballots, not much bigger. In Masonville.

Couple views on the way back. Horsetooth Reservoir. It is a little low this time of year. Look how far out of the water the dock at the marina is.

Sunset on the lake.

Deer in the campsite. Sunset over our campsite.

Jason and Kim, friends from Fort Collins came to visit. They are camp hosts at this campsite on weekends. Nice to see them. An inflatable hot tub at Jason and Kim's rig. Plus wild turkeys.

Denver Skyline. The air force academy airport and Pike's Peak in Colorado Springs.

The bus at our new campsite at Lake Pueblo State Park. John fixed the broken connection in the wiring harness between the bus and the truck.

Views from our campsite at dusk.

There was a little bit of sunset before the sun went behind a cloud bank on the horizon.
