August 20-23, 2015 Carbondale, Colorado

80’s-hot, sunny and smoky. 

Yesterday we rode our bikes to breakfast at the Red Rock Diner in Carbondale.  Martha, John and Jimjim. Today we kayaked on the Colorado River in the Glenwood canyon. John, Martha and Jimjim ran the Shoshone run-class III. I waited at Grizzly Creek for the easier run below. Here is put in.

We stopped at the Hobo hot springs, the run off from Glenwood hot springs pool. Waterfalls and hot mineral water along the Colorado River.  John is getting a hydro back massage, Jimjim is floating by.
