63, sunny and windy.
John got me these beautiful roses for our 17th anniversary. We have know each other for about 1/4th of our lives! Devil's punchbowl. We came back later at higher tide, but it did not have anymore water in it.
View north from Devil's punchbowl. The rangers had a scope on Otter rock to show us some pelicans, but we saw no otters or seals.
Beautiful downtown Depoe Bay Oregon. The whale watching capital of the Oregon coast. The bay at Depoe bay is the smallest harbor in the world they say.
Smallest harbor in the world, we had lunch at the Horn and Depoe brewing. beer-makes things suck less. We were at the whale watching center, but saw no whales. Seagull. Wild waves at Depoe Bay.
Whale watching cruise coming in. We considered it, but John gets sea sick and the sea was so rough I think I would have too. But we heard that people on it saw whales. John and I at Depoe bay.
John with his IPA at Depoe Brewing-the taste of the Oregon coast. I finished this basket. It has a scallop shell in the center and is made with dyed pine needles and glass beads. It is about 8 x 1 1/2 inches.
We are now at the fairgrounds RV park in Redmond, Oregon. 4 hour drive today-long for us. We met some friends at Wild Ride brewing for $3 brews and dinner.
Rob't, Diana, John and I. We met them years ago when they were traveling in their trailer and have been since. Great to see them. Sunset from the RV park tonight.
