We are staying at another Harvest Host site. Sam Mazza’s Farmers market. We are parked between the corn maze and the apple orchard. We are encouraged the purchase from our hosts, since we park for free, so we bought a bunch of farm fresh vege’s, which we needed anyway.
On our way here we stopped at the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory and revisited the Shelburne Museum, since we did not see it all yesterday.
Vermont Teddy Bear factory. They also sell costumes for their bears.
Sue and John with bears. Sean our Bear Ambassador, in front of where they hand sew the bears
Sean at the bear hospital. They guarantee their bears for the life of the bear. If it comes apart from either your or theirs you just send it in and they fix it. Here the bear has a honey IV! Back at the Shelburne museum here is a light house that used to sit on the middle of Lake Champlain.
Some Champ sightings. Champ is the monster in the lake. There have been over 300 sightings of him. A barn with a tool display.
There was a special exhibit of man quilts-quilts made by men, of course you can tell a man made this one. John at the Farmers market. We are encouraged to buy things where we stay, so here is John with two bags of farm fresh veg's.
John in the market. John with the Champlain Valley Fair Giant pumpkin winner. 1,265 pounds worth of pumpkin.
Annie the Shetland pony on the farm, they also have goats and a huge long horn bull you can pet and feed. The corn in front of the bus.

Apples out the window and the corn maze. I have always been leery of corn since I read that short story by Stephen King, Children of the Corn.
