71 and sunny today.
The bus getting a new inverter installed. We are now done! Of course I said that last week, but I think we really are this time. I went on a short walk down the street and all of you that were worried about the pig walking down the road, he is still safely at home. There were actually 2 pigs before I took the photo. Odd that they just let them wander around the yard with an open gate.
We went on a walk with Scott and Leslie at Dorris Ranch this afternoon. It has rained enough that the grass is even taller, taller than us. Lots of wild flowers still.
Cow parsley, vetch and black snake root. John and Scott ahead on the trail.
A farewell selfie of Scott, John, Leslie and I. I used the pen that came with my phone as the shutter button. We are spending one last night here at Oregon Motor Coach. We were not sure they would have it done. We have a new spot for tonight.
Driving east of Eugene, there was a fire a few years ago. Burned some pretty scenery. We are now parked at Camp Yale, which is part of Belknap hot springs. Just one mile away. Nice and quiet and we get full use of the hot springs.
Belknap hot springs. Five star Roll-tel!
The McKenzie river next to the hot springs.
Scotch brome, coral bells, rhododendrons, and bleeding hearts. Belknap Hot springs from across the river.
Trail to the gardens at Belknap.
Secret Garden at Belknap hot springs.
Secret Garden.
Secret Garden. Rhododendrons reflected in the water.
Phlox, rhododendron, spring beauty, thimble berry blossoms, moss on a tree trunk, and forget me nots. A stream in the garden at Belknap hot springs.
Dinner at the campground.
