San Jose, Ca Novv 23

I am behind. We are parked in San Jose, Ca. Judy lives in Palo Alto. Palo Alto has no RV parks. We hiked with Judy in Palo Alto park, visited the Winchester Mystery House, Hiked with Ray Stewart in Menlo park at baylands park. Laurie has been cooking us fabulous dinners most nights. Today we went to Walnut Creek where I grew up. We visited the old house, neighborhood, downtown, Indian Valley elementary school where Jerry and I went to school. We also hiked in Shell Ridge open space which was a ranch when we lived there and we played in it. I am trying to add photos and for some reason they are not uploading. Will try again later. GRRR.

John, Laurie, Judy and Sue going on the Winchester Mystery House behind the scenes tour. and the front of the house.

American RV Gothic!

The natural bridge at natural bridges park. There were two bridges, but the other one fell. Above is the monarch butterflies wintering on the beach at Santa Cruz. We drove down and had lunch with Jill then went to the park to see the butterflies.

The Penguin with a pot of gold in it. A  sunset with peaks under with snow on them. It is pretty rare to get snow down to this altitude-3000.

Eucalyptus on the sky line at bay front park, and a view of the bay over Redwood creek. We did a walk here with an old college friend Ray Stewart.
