Early morning light on Shoshone. 5 years ago the wooden cowboy in front of the Crowbar was stolen. It was later found in pieces on the roof. He was missed. My sister Judy cut our a new one, patterned after photos of the old one. Judy, Judy and I painted it. He came out great. He was done in secret as a surprise. He unveiled on Sunday. Judy D , Judy P and Suep with the new cowboy. We made the new man is secrecy. Then Judy P invited Susan, who owns the Crowbar to breakfast because someone she hasn't seen in years wanted to see her. Robbie her husband secretly hung the cowboy up in the morning. She was delighted! So happy she kissed him!
After our breakfast Judy D had a workshop Painting the Desert in Earth Colors. We used oil paints made from pigment from Italy, that Judy ground up and mixed with linseed oil. Judy doing a demo and mixing pigment. Molly, Amy, Mary, Donna and Gian painting.

Shadows on Tecopa Peak. Susan invited us to dinner at Steak and Beer. It was a lovely time for the outdoor seating. Plenty of air circulating between diners for our 'social isolation'
