 51 degrees, sunny and very windy. 

I finished this basket. The center is a piece of dichroic glass that I fused. In real life it is sparky. 6 1/2 x 6 x 1 1/4 inches. Natural and dyed pine needles and glass beads. Our friend Jeff from Fort Collins is in town for a few days. We sheltered behind the old garage for happy hour. Always good to see him. 

Robbie came by with the dogs for treats and to visit. The waxing crescent moon and Jupiter at sunset. 

John took us to the Crowbar for dinner. I started a new masterpiece. The center is a piece of fused glass I made. Not quite sure where it is going, but it will let me know as I go along. 

58 and sunny. Less wind than yesterday, but still pretty brisk.  Sunset tonight with the waxing crescent moon. Jeff took us out to dinner at the Crowbar tonight. Another great meal and good company. 

This ultra light was at the landing strip today in Shoshone. Sunset tonight. 

The basket is coming along. The needles on the two rows past the green wrapped row are dyed with lemon yellow. They look bright yellow in the sun. But not in this basket. 75 and sunny today. Our friends Bec and Em arrived today. They brought us a new snake to keep Francis company.

Bec and Em arrived in the fabulous Sportsmobile. They waited 5 years for it from when they ordered it. They just got it in April and love it. John thinks it would make a great thing to tow behind the bus. I am seriously jealous of this.  Em and Bec. Bec is going to hike parts of the big hike Judy and Judy are going on starting next week. 

Happy hour before dinner tonight. The 20 + mph winds almost blew our new snake away. I rescued it and brought it in but found it trying to get back outside!
