John went with some friends on a 4 day, 3 night self support kayak trip. I stayed at the bus and guarded the camp with everyone's cars. These are John's photos.

Camp the first night. The mock orange blossoms are really fragrant..
The second day. This is the calm before a big rapid. When you can't see water below the horizon line you know it is a big drop. The first drop below camp. Jim in the rapid watched by Walt, Larry and John G.

This rattle snake talked John G into moving his camp spot. John's bed with horses and mules that wandered over.

The plane landing at a riverside air strip to fly them out. Loading the kayaks into the plane. Two boat and two passengers each flight. Took 3 flights to bring them all back.
