We had a nice dinner at Omeara Bros. Brewing company tonight. John has his two IPA's and I have a nice Irish stout, tastes like chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Sunset on Clearlake tonight.
Kelly Park next to the RV park, the boat ramp is closed, The lake is so low the water is below it. Flowers and grasses. There are thousands of these bugs swarming, about an inch long. No idea what they are.
I took one of the RV park's kayaks out on the lake today. It was almost 70 degrees and no wind. It was lovely, The water is about 10 feet lower than these docks.
Swallows nest under the docks and when I paddled under them they all flew out at once. I saw lots of birds, mostly got bad photos of them. An albino mallard, a great white heron, a cormorant, brown ducks, grebe and another cormorant. I also saw a wood duck, Canada geese, yellow headed blackbirds, redwing blackbirds and an osprey snatch a fish out of the lake.

We are in the city of Nice. Nice water, severe drought, a yellow flowering bush and a warning about the toxic algae and quagga mussels in the lake. No clouds, just a pink glow at sunset tonight.
