It was cloudy all day, started raining around 4 pm and hasn’t stopped. Gotta love the Pacific Northwest.
I finished this basket. It is more fun to bead these little ones than make lids for them. We hiked to the cliffs and had lunch on this bench to watch the waves again. It is like watching TV. John during the about 10 minutes the sun came out.
Water running off one of the rocks. The clouds got really wierd for awhile.
During the 10 minutes of sun- this is what I think a tsunami would look like.
Standing in front of these huge waves makes John smile.
The sun came out at about 3 pm today so we went to the south beach tide pools at Cape Arago. It was beautiful out. The tide was actually at low tide so we same more things today. A chiton, mussels, anemome, limpets.
Snails, sculpin, hermit crab and snail on the move. The tide pools.
Cool rocks on the beach, ochre sea star, green anemone with a chiton and a limpet, orange tipped nudibranch or sea slug, kelp crab.
kelp roots wrapped around a rock, turban snails, red snail and anemones in a triangle crack. Sunset was lovely on the beach.
This is the next masterpiece I am working on. Trying to decide which beads to use in it.
