Sweet Creek is just east of Florence by Mapleton. It is in temperate rain forest. Lots of moss and ferns. Very lush.

Most of the 1.1 miles each way is by Sweet Creek which is mostly one giant rapid and waterfalls. They say it has 11 waterfalls, but it is all pretty turbulant.

The squirrel is by our campsite. A fall leaf and two different mushrooms. Lush trail along the creek.

Interesting most, a tree root that looks like a person, maiden hair fern and moss, a small falls on the canyon wall, a moss covered cliff, mushrooms. John at the top of Sweet Creek Falls.
