We are now camped at South Beach State Park in Newport, Oregon. A lovely open sunny park. The last two spots we camped we were nestled in deep dark forest, so the sun is great. We are parked by the restrooms and all their lights. Great place to test the new black out shades. We went to Toledo, Oregon to watch the kids trick or treat on main street. They closed main street and most of the businesses and handed out goodies to the kids. The kids were real cute.

The town was real cute. Lots of shingle sided houses and this lovely St John's Episcopal Church. The Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport, Oregon was built in 1936. It was designed by Conde McCullough. There are ll of Conde's bridges on the coast of Oregon. Here it is as we drove over it and in the sunset from the beach.

Finished this xmas ornament today. I signed up for a pine needle ornament exchange and need to get one made. Making a couple others to get the best one to send. I took a nice bike ride tonight on the bike path through the park and out onto the south jetty. The Yaquina bay bridge at sunset tonight.
