High of 57, mostly sunny with some wind.
We hiked to Blacklock Point just north of where we are camped. Rhododendrons, salal and barberry blooms. Wild rhododendrons on the trail.

Puddles of water on the trail that they mostly made trails around.
Another really big puddle on the trail. The foliage was very thick and dark in places.
The sun makes it through the canopy once and awhile. We hiked on part of the Oregon Coast Trail. Larkspur and a big clover bloom.

Strawberries, violet, a plant with yellow flowers and yellow leaves and lupine. Blacklock point.

John found a garter snake. On the beach were some of these rocks with shells imbedded in them. The land along the highway is either cattle ranches or cranberry bogs. Very lush green area.
The Sixes River entering the ocean. There is an old homestead down there. The huge driftwoods on the beach near sunset. There are two people in those logs, gives you an idea how big they are.
